With qualifications in Educational Psychology and Primary Education Teaching, and over 20 years of experience, she has gained great experience in supporting the development and learning of young children. She met a very diverse range of families and nannies from all around the world and realised the importance of a right match between Nanny and Family.

Throughout her years of experience, Ursula has met many families who have struggled to find the perfect nanny who fits into their family dynamic. Having also met amazing nannies who feel they have not a strong connection with the families they have been placed with, she realised the problem is often a matter of mismatching. 

That is the main reason why THE GOOD CHILDCARE was founded. Her experience helps her to understand the unique requirements of each family and the importance of finding the perfectly matched nanny. She can help families simplify that search process and establish a stable and positive working relationship with the nanny. She personally selects and advises all the nannies she meets, ensuring each of them can be efficient, trustworthy, and with long-lasting standards and values.
